Shopify apps
Open the app in your Shopify admin and use the chat bubble. Include your store's myshopify domain if you write by email, so we can find your store without a back-and-forth.
Web tools
X-Radar and Holdback for Picqer: write to support@abakira.com from the address you signed up with. For Holdback, add the Picqer order number if the question is about an order, and never send your API key by email.
iPhone apps

When you will hear back
We work on Central European Time. During European hours and the American morning, expect an answer within the hour; otherwise within the day. If something is broken, say so in the first line. That goes to the top of the pile.
